CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances can arise, so we strive to accommodate our clients with flexibility. However, please be mindful that when appointments are forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, it affects our ability to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for services. Therefore, we have implemented the following policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee of $30 per client, per treatment. We appreciate your understanding that a late reschedule has a similar impact on our schedule as a cancellation, as it prevents us from filling that time slot with another client.
We request that clients allow an additional 15 minutes in your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and relaxation, and to ensure the full duration of your treatment. In the event of a late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, please note that your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time, and full service charges will apply. Queena Beautiful Skin also reserves the right to cancel an appointment of any client that has not arrived 30 minutes after their scheduled start time, without a refund.
